I crawled my website by Moz and found many metadata issues (Short meta description, Too long title, Too long URL). I fixed all of the issues. But when I recrawled my site it showed me all issues are fixed except Meta description. I thought maybe my changes are not being saved and I checked again but It seemed okay! All the changes I made it is applied. So, my meta description is okay now but Moz is appearing old meta description what was too short and detecting as an issue. I recrawled my site 4 times. Hello. I'm wondering if there is a way to control the crawl rate of MOZ on our site. It is hosted on Shopify which does not allow any kind of control over the robots.txt file to add a rule like this: User-Agent: rogerbot Crawl-Delay: 5 Due to this, we get a lot of 430 error codes -mainly on our products- and this certainly would prevent MOZ from getting the full picture of our shop. Can we rely on MOZ's data when critical pages are not being crawled due to 430 errors? Is there any alternative to fix this? Thanks

When I look up crawl errors for a page, I'm always told the page suffers from redirect chaining. However, when I do a redirect check (in this case, using the Redirect Path Chrome extension), it indicates that my page does not use a redirect. Why would Moz detect redirects, while no other redirect checker resource does? For example, this URL gets Moz's redirect chain warning: https://www.aem.org/news/january-2018/5-reasons-iot-projects-fail/ But there is no redirect associated with this URL.

Hi, I'm using the Moz Bar add-on in Firefox.. but it's suddenly truncated meaning that I can only see half of the toolbar, and I'm unable to use it's features. Screenshot here; http://prntscr.com/bgm1z2 Does anyone know how to fix this? I've tried removing and re-adding Moz Bar, and installed a new version fo Firefox. Thanks in advance, Lee.

I've run the crawl test one of the sites I've taken over SEO for, however its only picking all the pages. For instance it indexes all the pages under xxxxx/us but none under xxxxx/au or xxxxx/uk The pages are being indexed as they're ranking in Google. Thanks.

Hello, 2 days ago I found there are about 1200 of 403 errors by Google WMT when I tried to fetch my domain - Please see attached HTTP/1.1 403 Access Forbidden Cache-Control: private Content-Type: text/html ETag: "" Server: Set-Cookie: ASPSESSIONIDSSBARTSD=BEHMJHJBKJOEJEALECNNIPFH; path=/; HttpOnly X-Powered-By: Date: Tue, 18 Feb 2014 13:54:10 GMT Content-Length: 1233 <title>403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.</title> Server Error <fieldset> 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. </fieldset> I ran a complete report using MOZ but I was shocked not see any 4xx , 5xx errors.  Google: 246 of 404 errors No Google, Yahoo or Bing blocking HTTP status code: ALL 200 301 redirect: none?  I have done about 2500 over 4 years. The website is losing indexed pages.  I'm not sure what's going and which numbers to trust. Please help.  Thank you. Adam

I am trying to find a good how-to on how to read and analyze each column of the SEO MOZ crawl report, specifically, the excel sheet it allows you to export. What I'm really trying to get to the bottom of is what the "Yes" indiciates under rel-cononical.  If it says "yes," does this mean that the link in question has been canonoicalized?

As you can see in the attached image, Moz is showing a warning for each dynamic URL despite a rel=canonical tag. Is this by design? If so, it is frustrating seeing as it is really just the one page with many links . . . 9h5oDmr.png
